Dear Stirling Elementary Families,

Welcome to a new school year in Stallion Country! We are thrilled to begin the 
2026 - 2027 school year celebrating an incredible accomplishment: Stirling 
Elementary is an A-rated school! This achievement reflects the hard work, 
perseverance, and commitment of our students, staff, families, and entire school 
community.

As we celebrate this success, we are excited to take the next step in our journey 
together with our theme for the 2026 - 2027 school year:

LEADING THE WAY - Every Student. Every Leader. Every Day.

This year, Stirling Elementary will begin our Leader in Me journey, inspired by 
Stephen Covey's The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. Through this work, we 
will empower every student to discover the leader within, take ownership of their 
choices and learning, set goals, collaborate with others, and make a positive 
difference in our school and community.

Together, we are developing confident learners, compassionate citizens, and 
future leaders. We invite our families to join us in encouraging our students to 
take responsibility, persevere through challenges, and look for opportunities to 
help others.

At Stirling Elementary, we know that when we work together, every Stallion can 
thrive. This year, we are ready to Lead the Way - together!
